3. Pricing All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Discounts and offers cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

4. Orders By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate. We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity. You will be notified and fully refunded in such cases.

5. Payment We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) on select pin codes. All online payments are processed securely. Swankis does not store your payment details.

6. Shipping We ship across India only. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control such as courier delays or public holidays. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.

7. Returns & Refunds Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Items must be unused and in original condition with tags attached. Sale items are non-returnable.

8. Intellectual Property All content on this website including logos, images, text, and designs are the property of Swankis and cannot be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

9. Privacy Your personal information is collected solely for order processing and communication purposes. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

10. Limitation of Liability Swankis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the order placed.
