We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's what you can do:

• Return Window: 7 days from delivery date
• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached
• Non-Returnable Items: Sale items, innerwear, and accessories

How to Initiate a Return:

1. Email us at support@swankis.com with your order number
2. Our team will respond within 24 hours
3. Ship the item back to our address
4. Refund processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the item
